Returning Unwanted Products
To arrange the return of an unwanted item, please send us a message via the Contact Us your Order Number and clearly mentioning the reason of return. As we do not offer a free returns service, the return postage costs is the responsibility of the customer for the unwanted items.
The customer must contact us within 7 days on receipt of the goods. The item must then be returned within 14 days of receipt at the customer’s cost for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item. We will not accept returns or exchanges after this period. We will then issue a refund for the price of the item excluding postage charges incurred by us and nominal charge of US $3.00, which covers administrative, processing & handling costs.
Please return the item and the original dispatch note, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund. If you have mislaid the original dispatch note, please include a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirements.
Returning Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please send us a message via the Contact Us form on this website within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to refund the purchase price in full only if the return results from an error made by us by delivering the incorrect product other than the one ordered by yourselves.
Please return the item and the original dispatch note, clearly indicating the fault. If you have mislaid the original dispatch note, please include a covering letter with your name and full address.
In all cases, the item must be returned unused and in its original undamaged packaging with all included accessories. All tags must remain attached. All goods will be inspected on return before a refund or exchange is issued. If the item is not in its original condition or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. We may return the item back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and any other associated charges. The Indian Megastore is not responsible for losses or damage during the returns process. We recommend that you use a traceable postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our premises. Please make sure that you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the item or its packaging. We aim to process all refunds and exchanges as soon as the goods are received. If you require a refund, the amount paid will be refunded to your account.
IMPORTANT: Please contact us before returning an item. Goods must not be returned without prior agreement from The Indian Megastore. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR LOCATION IN MUMBAI, INDIA.
Cancelling An Order
Contact us via the Contact Us page on this website or call 0091-9867632990 within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not been shipped or left our warehouse facility, we can process the cancellation right away. When the cancellation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. The Indian Megastore will not be able to cancel an order if it has already shipped out of our warehouse facility. In order to offer our customers fast delivery, most orders are released from our facility within 24 hours of the order placement. In any case, refund cannot be issued after 30 days of original transaction. Hence, any issue must be reported prior to this day.
